Overview

About this machine

The HDV3000 is STG Global's compact 3,000L vacuum excavation truck, purpose-built for non-destructive digging, drilling mud recovery, underground service locating and the removal of wet or dry material. Its size makes it well suited to urban worksites and residential pipeline locating where access is tight but suction performance still matters. At the heart of the unit is a Caterpillar industrial engine driving a Robuschi RB-DV blower rated 1,000 CFM at 28"Hg, paired with a 4" full hydraulic suction boom operated by handheld wireless remote. The fully hot-dip galvanised spoil tank, twin 1,000L water tanks, hydrant fill point and onboard pressure washer round out a package designed for long, corrosion-free service life.
