Hoses
Concrete pump delivery hose for boom pumps, line pumps and trailer pumps. We match hose to your machine and line setup rather than guessing from a generic size chart. Tell us the brand, model and where the hose sits in the line and we will confirm the correct option.
Clamps
Snap clamps, bolt clamps and forged clamps for delivery lines. Clamp type has to suit both the pipe ends and the working pressure of your line, so we confirm the fit before supplying. Available for Kyokuto, DY and most other makes of concrete pump.
Seals
Hopper seals, piston seals and outlet seals — the parts that usually cause a pump to lose pressure or start weeping. Seals are machine specific, so we identify them from your brand, model and a photo or part number. Genuine and branded-equivalent options are both available.
Bends
Hardened delivery bends for concrete pump pipelines. Bends are one of the highest-wear items in any line, so we help you match radius, degree and pipe end to what is already on the machine. Suits Kyokuto and DY pumps as well as other makes.
Reducers
Tapered reducers for line transitions and outlet adaptation, used where pipeline diameter changes or where hose has to join a different size line. Send us the sizes at each end and we will confirm what fits your setup.
Wear parts
Wear plates, wear rings and related components for piston pumps. These are consumables — replacing them on time protects the rest of the pumping cell and avoids unplanned downtime. We can supply for machines we originally sold and for machines we did not.
Piston cups
Differential and ram cups for the major concrete pump brands. Correct cups depend on your pump's cylinder size and configuration, so we work from your machine details rather than a generic listing. Genuine and quality branded equivalents are both available.
Branded parts
Genuine factory parts sourced directly from Kyokuto, DY, Jacon and STG Global. Because we work with these manufacturers as their New Zealand partner, we can order in parts that are not held locally. Useful where you want an exact OEM match rather than an equivalent.
