PY120-33 Kyokuto Concrete Boom Pump

The PY120-33 is a piston-type truck-mounted concrete boom pump in the long-reach 33 m class, mounted on a GVW 22-tonne short-wheelbase chassis for use on larger building and civil sites where extended reach and manoeuvrability are both required. It is positioned as a successor to Kyokuto's earlier 30 m-class pump, extending boom length while keeping the same chassis class. The pump carries a 33 m-class M-type 4-section folding boom, three metres longer than the preceding PY120-30 model. It uses a main hydraulic cylinder with a class-leading 1,900 mm stroke to reduce switching frequency and lower noise and vibration, features Esser twin-layer wear- and pressure-resistant piping through the swivel base and boom joints, and includes Kyokuto's own KAVS vibration-damping system to reduce boom sway during placement.
